- Hobbies outside of anime? Dressing / Show Jumping Horses, Road Trips, Theatre / Musicals (Off Broadway Shows), Smithsonian Museums and Zoo, International Cuisine, Going out dancing at clubs / raves, Hanging out with friends, Cooking, Trying new things (I’m very active and adventurous), My two wonderful cats, Skateboarding, Amusement Parks, Bungee Jumping
- What do you like best about the DAS? Meeting new friends, learning new titles and anime trends, Sharing my collections with others, helping out if I can, and introducing new ideas and concepts to try making things more fun and interesting.

- What do you think the future holds for the DAS?I think it will grow more as a great diverse group of active members with tons to contribute and build a more tight knit group sharing in fandom and the cutting edge in new anime. I see much potential for new activity in the realms of gaming (all sorts), introducing new releases, and learning more of Asian cultural traditions, I see big things!
- Do you cosplay? If so, what are your favorite costume(s)
I use to cosplay as a teenager even dying my hair several colors of the rainbow and often went as my favorite characters like Nene Romanova, Lum, Bellidany, A-ko Magami, B-ko Daitokuji, and Hook-ups Anime Skateboard decks Characters.
- Conventions attended and/or staffed?
Attended: I’ve attended Mid-Atlantic (Richmond), Otakon (Baltimore), Robocon (California), Halloween Minicon (Dover).
- Have you ever named a pet/computer/insert word here after an anime or Asian character? If so, which and why?
Pets: Serena (Sailor Moon), Reeny (Sailor Moon), Lt. Rick Hunter (Robotech), Speed (Speed Racer), Anubis (Ronin Warriors). Computer: “Project A-ko”
- What theme or institution in anime should be decreased or increased and why?
Increase: More mature releases for adults that are deep, tasteful, and entertaining w/o overboard, unnecessary sexual / violent overtones associated with releases for tasteful mature content and more space dramas.
Decrease: Bad, selfish marketing and the inability to get DVD versions of my worn out VHS and Laserdiscs with ease.
